nous avons besoin du Oui, pour pouvoir démocratiser

Avant d’entrer dans le vif du sujet,
laissez-moi vous rappeler à quel titre
je m’exprime ... non pas en terme de
fonction, mais en terme de parcours. Cela
peut vous paraître superflu; mais j’ai
le sentiment que si vous demandez un avis
sur l’utilité et le fonctionnement
d’Internet par exemple, vous essayez
de savoir si votre interlocuteur y connaît
quelque chose et en particulier quelle pratique
il a de la chose.

Yes-side
loses ground in Danish EU Constitution battle
Fewer Danes intend to vote in favour of the
new European Constitution, according to a
new poll conducted by Rambøll Management.
Published on Monday (11 April) by Danish daily
Jyllands-Posten, the polls shows that the
yes-side is still in the lead with 30 per
cent but this is down from 33 per cent in
March.
