Biancheri, Franck

His articles

Franck Biancheri, 43, one daughter, is born in Nice while living in Paris for many years (when he is not somewhere else in Europe). He is involved in European affairs for 20 years, since as a student he founded the first European students network, Aegee-Europe. Franck is today working as Director for Studies and Strategy for the think-tank Europe 2020.

Yannick Bollati, 38 ans, deux fils, est né à Annemasse en France. Il a vécu à Paris, Londres et New-York avant de s’installer à Bruxelles il y a 5 ans. Consultant et entrepreneur engagé dans les affaires au niveau européen et mondial, il est membre du l’Union pour une Europe Fédérale de Belgique.

Marie-Hélène Caillol, 40, French, one 10 year-old daughter. A sociologist and a linguist by education, it is the Mediterranean that brought her to European issues! Indeed she started her career as a specialist of the Arab world, then of Euro-Mediterranean relations and finally for the last 8 years she’s been in charge of European citizen organisations and projects.

Henri de Courtivron, 54, four children. He has been working in banking for 27 years in several different countries: Singapore, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom and currently France. He also used to be a teacher in economics at the Dakar University in Senegal. His international exposure makes him a very convinced Europe supporter.

Isabelle Gros, 2 children, lives between Paris and Miami for some years. She is a painter and an art-advisor for school-book publishers. A graduate from Science-Po Paris, she has always been involved with European organisations (Aegee-Europe, IDE, Prometheus-Europe, Europe 2020…) ever since her university years.

Créateur et animateur du cabinet MEDIOM (Paris) qui croise les dimensions politique, scientifique et symbolique auprès des acteurs publics et privés en matière d'aménagement, mobilité, environnement, santé, technologies...
Jamin, Régis

Régis Jamin, 45, born in Versailles, French resident. Has been involved into computer sciences and internet technologies since he’s 20. A serial Entrepreneur, he has created several start-ups, developing European-wide operations in main EU countries to promote such technologies. Involved into societal internet aspects within Internet Society and Europe 2020, he is actually managing Election-Europe, an internet company developing e-democracy tools.
Kimpian, Peter
Peter Kimpian, 26, was born in Budapest (Hungary). He lived in Szeged and Budapest before he settled in Paris at the end of 2004. A graduate in Hungarian law and in EU and French law, involved in European and international cooperations, he is secretary general of the Fondation Francophone de Szeged.

Gabriela Matei is born in Bucharest, Romania and has a 6 years daughter. Gabriela worked for the past 12 years in programs facilitating dialogue between citizens and governments to accelerate democratic reform, facilitating the smooth transition from centrally planned political and economic systems to democratic governance and market based economies. She graduated from Bucharest Polytechnic Institute, specializing in Aircraft Engineering and is an International Fellow of the Georgetown University, Washington, DC. Gabriela created and is successfully running a Romanian non for profit organization, the Center of Studies and Programs for Development (CSPD).

Migueis, Ricardo

Ricardo Migueis, has two twin sons, was born in Lisbon, where he currently lives and works as a Project Manager and Researcher for DINÂMIA – Research Centre on Socioeconomic Change. Ricardo has also lived in London and São Paulo, where he worked and studied. Drawing upon his Latin American experience he develops work on this region’s relations with the European Union, however, he is mostly dedicated to the study and promotion of social and economic development, believing people always come first.
Ranke-Cormier, Marianne

Her articles
Aged 44, the mother of 2 children, with origins ranging North to South and East to West of Europe, Marianne Ranke-Cormier always felt as a European citizen. That’s what pushed her to take part to IDE (Initiative pour une Démocratie Européenne), the first experience of a trans-European list conducted during the 1989 European election. In the same line, 15 years later, as a lawyer specialised in trans-national cases for a French-German office, she kept European activities as financial and administrative coordinator of Europe 2020.

Roullet, Luc

Luc Roullet, 30, from Gascony, France, Europe. After graduating in managerial engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris and Politecnico di Milano, he has been involved in management consulting in Milan, before shifting to microfinance for the last three years, in the Philippines and in Bosnia. Luc is today a student at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Daniela Schwarzer est chercheur auprès du think-tank Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik de Berlin. Auparavant, elle était en France en tant que correspondante et rédactrice pour le Financial Times Deutschland. Daniela a commencé à s’impliquer dans le domaine des Affaires européennes il y a 10 ans alors qu’elle étudiait à Paris et qu’elle rejoignait l’Association pour l’Union Monétaire de l’Europe qui militait en faveur de l’Euro. Taylor, Adrian

His articles

A peripatetic soul, in the last seven years the British citizen Adrian Taylor has moved house nine times, lived in six countries and moved residence back and forth over the Atlantic twice. His German wife and European baby daughter have now convinced him to operate out of Hamburg Germany. He works for the Parmenides Foundation and its daughter society Think Tools as scenario planner and project designer, focused on EU foreign and security policy, as well as international overseas development assistance. He has a long history of activism in various forms of European civil society.
