The Members of the European Committe of the Yes-But Campaign are ready to take the floor in those Debate-Conferences in order to present to arguments of the campaign and discuss them openly with the gathered audiences.
The Yes-But Campaign can also invite representatives of other campaigns (Both Yes and No campaigns from various countries) to comment the Yes-But arguments.

Format

The format of these debates is simple: 2 and half hours of debate with audiences of 50 to 100 citizens along the following programme:

Opening by a representative of the host-organisation (10mn) Presentation of the Yes-But arguments by 2 of our speakers (30mn) Comments by 2 members or guests of the host-organisation, or by representatives of the Yes and/or No campaigns (20 mn) Debate with the room (60 mn) Press meeting before or after the conference (30 mn)

Host organisations

Any European civil society organisation (university, association, local authority…) is welcome to propose and host one of those debate-conferences.

Host-organisations of a Debate-Conference are asked to:

provide a room for 50-100 people,
proceed to the invitation of their network of potential participants,
contact local media

The Yes-But Campaign provides:

its contents
its speakers
when needed, other types of speakers (from other campaigns…)
its visibility and communication capacity
